The only thing that was less than satisfactory was that my appointment was at 9:30 a.m. and they did not bring the vehicle in until 10:00a.m. To be fair, when I made the appointment, they tried 10:00a.m. for the original appointment time and I asked if the could do it any earlier. The gentleman on the phone said they could try to “squeeze” me in at 9:30a.m. I guess they were just trying to make me happy but failed to deliver on the appointment time. Overall, service was great, but if you encounter a similar situation, I suggest taking the original appointment time they offer.

We have brought our 2009 VW Jetta in for a repair and a regular maintenance service. We found the service to be high quality and a MUCH better value than the dealer. We only got recommendations for services actually needed (like noticing the brakes were within 1mm). The people you talk to know what's going on with your car or you will be put in touch with the person who has the answers (uniike what happens at the dealer). Ben is honest and forthright.

As usual, on time with excellent service and fair price.
