Hands down the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. About 2wks ago, I found myself in a rough spot. My windshield wipers suddenly stopped working during a week of heavy rain. To make it even more stressful, my husband had just deployed, & I was on the phone with him when I realized I couldn’t see a thing while driving. I reached out to Advanced Auto Tech late that night, & to my surprise, they got me in the very next morning. Driving through the rain without wipers was terrifying, & I had to pull over several times. I called to let them know I’d be late, & they were so kind & understanding. They simply told me not to worry & just to drive safe. That small act of grace & empathy meant so much during such a difficult & overwhelming time. From start to finish, Jon & Laura at the front desk were incredible. They were friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, & made me feel genuinely cared for. Their calm & professional presence set the tone for the entire experience. In addition to the wiper issue, my car had developed an aggressive coolant leak that was draining completely overnight. I dropped it off in the morning, & within just a few hours, I received a full diagnostic via text & email. And when I say full, I mean truly comprehensive. It was one of the most detailed, well-organized diagnostics I have ever seen. It included clear photos, written explanations, & a color-coded priority system that broke everything down into urgent (red), upcoming (yellow), & maintenance/future considerations (green). You could click on each individual item to expand for more details, understand exactly what part or issue was being referenced, & even see the corresponding image from under the hood or vehicle. It gave me complete clarity about the state of my car - not just for today, but for months down the road. This level of transparency is unmatched. It allowed me to make fully informed decisions & plan ahead for future repairs without pressure. The diagnostic alone was so intelligent, so clearly structured, & so useful that it could easily be a paid service on its own - yet it was included. What truly impressed me was how honest & straightforward they were. They reviewed the full diagnostic with me but only quoted me for the two issues I originally came in for. Nothing more. That kind of integrity is rare. Including the incredibly thorough diagnostic, parts, and labor, the total was around $800. And they even applied a $50 military discount. That kind of value for the quality of work & service I received is almost unheard of. By the next day, my car was fixed & running well again. Their waiting area is also clean & inviting - with snacks, drinks, a restroom, phone chargers, & a TV - everything you'd want if you needed to wait for a bit. But even better - they offer shuttle service & loaner cars at no cost while your car is in the shop. A free loaner car. That was a lifesaver. Have you ever heard of a shop providing such a resource - for free?! I never have & it's much appreciated. One of the highlights for me was the technician, Ben, who spoke directly with my deployed husband by phone to walk him through everything in incredible detail. He took his time, answered all of our questions, & explained every charge with complete clarity & respect. His patience, kindness, & deep knowledge were extraordinary. We never once felt rushed or dismissed. The team at Advanced Auto Tech operates at a level of intelligence, organization, & professionalism that is far beyond what you usually expect from an auto shop. Their diagnostic process, communication, & customer care are so refined & advanced that they’ve redefined my expectations. They are trustworthy, deeply skilled, highly detailed, & care about doing things right. With everything they offer: diagnostics, loaner car, communication, & the sheer talent behind the scenes - the price they charge is more than worth it. In fact, it feels like you’re getting far more than what you paid for. I genuinely can’t recommend Advanced Auto Tech enough.
