As someone who prefers to work on my own cars, I can honestly say I trust this shop with any work beyond my capabilities. I’ve brought my 2019 Explorer and my mom’s 2016 Fiat in this year, and each time the experience has been excellent. The customer service is consistently top-notch. If you approach them with a positive attitude, that’s exactly what you’ll get in return. They’ve always kept me updated with a play-by-play of what’s happening with my vehicles, letting me know what needs attention and what’s in good shape. They’ve never tried to oversell or upcharge us for unnecessary services. This may be just another 5-star review among many, but from someone who grew up hearing ‘mechanics are overpriced and crooks,’ this shop is truly helping change that perception. There may be other great shops in the area, but this is the one that will continue to get my business.
