While I was only in for an inspection, the staff was helpful in answering all my questions and did not push unneeded services. I was notified that tires would need to be replaced in 6 months or so, and to be looking out for any issues. I would go back in a heart beat.

Been dealing with Advanced Auto Tech for many years and have never had an issue with their work. Always very professional and knowledgeable regardless of the work to be done. Their prices are very fair, and the work has always been spot on. Also, great communication and they explain everything in detail. It's so nice to have a local automotive shop you can trust.

I had a very positive experience with Advanced Auto Tech. I sent an email with a schedule request the day before and was called and told to come in the next day. I am new to VA and they did both emmission tests while I waited. No attempt to upsell or underhanded additions to my bill. They are professional and very helpful. I will definitely continue getting service here. As a single woman to the area, I wholeheartedly recommend them for service.
