Had a unique problem with a vehicle and needed quick action to get back on the road. Advanced Auto Tech agreed to work on the vehicle during a holiday week and did their best to keep the cost reasonable.

Technicians were very thourough. Office staff is always friendly and ready to help.

We have been taking our cars to Advanced Auto Tech for over 7 years now and have had nothing but great experiences with Ben and his team. For the last 18 months, my wife and I have been stationed in Europe and had to leave one of our cars with my son in Northern Virginia. Ben and his team have bent over backwards to accommodate us and conduct business via phone, email, or what ever form of communication is available (6 hour time difference). We can't speak highly enough of their professional, and competence.

The shop is amazing! At this point, we did a bunch of work with them, including replacing turbocharger for Tiguan. Always great and fast results. They are very caring and patient with clients. We feel like we are a part of a family.
