Love the experience.... you guys made it easy! I drop off my car and key off this morning. Picked it up around noon.

Everything was good and fast except they put synthetic blend oil in the car versus full synthetic that I had requested.

Advanced Auto is a unique business. I have 2 aged vehicles and a pretty new one. On most visit I am give an inspection report and then I am given excellent advise on what should be done; what could be done, and what could be put off. Also, one of my vehicle had the same part repacked 3 times over space of 2 years - I only paid once; no questions asked. Now I take both of my daughters cars there too.

Very friendly. The waiting area is clean and quite with TV and free drinks.

Once again, exceptional service! The issue at hand was addressed and an inspection was completed. A couple of things needed to be addressed immediately and a few things that could wait. Communication is remarkable, as I am not fluent in the language of auto mechanics, lol. They explained everything in a manner that I understood.
