Best auto maintenance and repair shop in town! Ben, Melissa, Chris and the rest of his crew are phenomenal. They have always been totally professional and willing to help. They are honest and upfront concerning potential maintenance & repair costs. They listen to you instead of treating you like a number. I have never felt pressured to get expensive repairs that I didn't need and if I really did need a repair they would explain why (without scare tactics), but would still leave the final decision to me. They always try to put the needs of the customer first! Words cannot adequately express how much I appreciate what they do. I have been to lots of mechanics over the years prior to coming to Advanced Auto Tech so I know top notch professionals when I see them. Not advocating that anyone leave their current auto shop, BUT if you are curious or interested in trying a new thing, I'd say give them a shot. You will be glad you did! I am always thinking about how I am going to get my car serviced if I ever move out of state. I love Advanced Auto Tech so much that I would literally ship my car to them for service if I ever had to move (cannot afford to, but just saying). Ben, Melissa, Chris, and crew you rock!

Got a flat on my way to work, brought the tire by the shop and they said they might be able to save me from having to buy a whole new tire by removing the nails and sealing the holes. Fixed the tire in under five minutes, took off the spare and put it back in the trunk, put on the fixed tire, my overall visit was around 12 minutes. The staff are very friendly, they were nice to my dogs, and they even gave them biscuits. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends, will come back should I need more work done.

We needed to have the state inspection completed on our vehicles. The staff was amazing! The wait area is very clean, snacks and drinks complementary and the restroom was clean as well! We will be back for sure!! Thank you, Andvanced Auto Tech!

Great service from reputable mechanics not some high school kid trying to figure things out and for reasonable prices. Quiet and comfortable waiting area, to top that off they even sent me pictures of everything checked on my car. As long as they have Jim I will never go anywhere else job small or big. Great team mentality across the board!

1989 was the year my husband John and I started taking our vehicles to Advanced Auto Tech! We have been so pleased with their efficient and HONEST service over the years, that we have recommended numerous family and friends to them. We have since relocated to Florida but continue to take our cars over to them for service every time we drive up to VA. We recommend them highly. Ben is the BEST!!!
