Chris got me in right at my scheduled appointment time and explained everything in clear detail. Waiting area was clean, restroom was clean and I liked that their were snacks available. Service took exactly the estimated time, once complete everything was explained to me clearly. Additional services were offered but I did not feel pressured and all my questions were answered sufficiently. I will be back for future services.

Fair & honest auto shop. Great working with Melissa

I brought in my 2001 Ford Mustang for an oil change and a vehicle inspection. During the vehicle inspection the technician found that the left lower ball joint had excessive play and the battery had no hold down so it would not be able to pass inspection. They were able to make the repairs and gave me a loner car to use so I would not have to sit around while the work was being done. I was able to pick up my car later that day....Melissa and Chris were great! I would highly recommend Advanced Auto Tech.
