Ben and Chris kept me informed through the process and gave clear advice on needed repairs. The mechanics were very thorough. I was grateful to know they found a leaky windshield washer reservoir at the very start of this winter season...that way, I would not have a bad (and unsafe) surprise when the weather turns nasty.
