I started going here about a year ago after Virginia tire and auto tried to over charge me for a break job. Advanced auto tech gave me a great price and was able to get me in the next day. I recently got all my 100k maintenance services done and new tires, I have always had a great experience here. It's always good to find a auto repair company you can trust.

Today I took my truck to Advanced Auto Tech recommended by a friend of mine. As I came in I was greeted by Melissa Eller and another gentleman that works there. They were very friendly and extremely professional. I told Melissa about my A/C problem and she game me the options I had. I was not pressured into other services provided by them. The Tech noticed that one of my tires was low in pressure and they inspected the tire to make sure there was no nail or damage to the tire. They topped them off and did not change me for it. I would strongly recommend Advanced Auto Tech. The service is great! The facility is extremely clean and what makes the place better are the people working there. They made me feel like a VIP. These people are awesome. Was recommended to visit AAT before I went anywhere else and I was so glad that I did. It looks small but is huge on service and skills. The customer service experience was second to none. Ben and his team are true professionals, welcoming and friendly. Everything is laid out in plain simple talk, nothing overly technical so I understood what needed to be done. I was always informed about the status of work before proceeding and always updated with the costs. I like the information provided in the phone report. A simple text to view the issues with my car. The workshop is clean and busy, so you know it is reputable. Highly recommend these blokes before going anywhere else. And they even dropped me off after taking the car in and picked me up when it was ready. How good is that. Top notch.

I went there today for state inspection for a vehicle I purchased from my dad out of state. I was told a tail light was out, ok no problem because I had a package of the little light bulbs in the glove box. I figured they could just put it in. No biggie right? Nope. I was told that wasn't an option because it was a customers part. Now, I can understand if say I brought them a piece of engine (starter, alternator, what-have-you) and how that would be an issue. But a light bulb? That I had in the package in the glove box? They then charged me just over $30 for a light bulb (stock, nothing fancy or special order part). That I already had. He said it was that or they would fail it, I could put the bulb in myself and bring it back for re-inspection. I'm sorry but that's just...like what? This place had great reviews and its really close by, I would have liked to use this place multiple times but I cant after this.

I’ve been coming to Advanced Auto Tech for a few years now and I always get speedy service, at a fair price. I feel very comfortable as a woman making arrangements with Melissa at the front fest because she’s able to explain things in terms I’ll understand I never feel like she’s being pushy/ sales-y or price gouging me, which is definitely a concern for a lot of us girls when we go to the mechanic!

I have been a customer with them for over two years. Very professional and courteous.i had to drop my car but had no ride. Ben dropped me at home and picked me up from my location. They all are great people and offer great service. I am really happy and would recommend my friends.
