I discovered late on Monday afternoon that the battery light in my 2003 Camry had come on. I drove directly to Advanced Auto Tech and they immediately diagnosed it as a bad alternator. Ben drove me home and assured me that it would be ready early Wednesday morning. And it was. I trust Advanced Auto Tech because they are competent and honest, and their charges are reasonable.

This was my first exposure to Advanced Auto Tech. Great service. Ihave a 2010 Chrysler Sebring Convertable with ~ 60k miles. This was the first major repair of the car since I bought it new. But I've had plenty of car repair experience in the past. I dropped it off in the evening. In the morning received a really detailed inspection analysis of the whole car as well as my suspension - the original problem. This analysis included detailed photos of any problem areas. I discussed the costs for each item, their need for immediate repair and put together a plan for now and later. I was totally surprised that the significant work was completed in less time than originally estimated. The shop is Corvid compliant. Everyone wears masks, hand sanitizers around the shop and social distancing requirements respected. Their prices,I believe, are reasonable and their work clean and dependable. I was greatly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the shop which can work on 8 cars simultaneously. I will be using this shop in the future.

Oil change; Rear brakes; Rear shocks. Excellent service. Advanced Auto Tech always (repeat Always!) provides excellent service; their staff is professional, friendly, thorough, on-time and skilled.
