Auto Repair in Lorton

I don't write reviews often at all. We've been taking our cars to Advanced Auto Tech for about 5 years now. They have always been professional, courteous, and helpful in my experience. And this past week, they went above and beyond when one of our cars had a battery issue. It's really reassuring to know that we have a car shop where they genuinely seem to care about their customers.

Fast service!

Great service, they scheduled me within 24 hours. They got me in an out promptly. Price was better than the other places I received estimates from.

State inspection completed in a timely manner. Small waiting area with snacks and beverages available.

Found AAT on a Google search and couldn't believe the outstanding reviews! Well, 3 years and 4 visits later I believe! I have been going to AAT for all my smog and inspection needs since moving here. From the convenient on-line appointment system to the customer experience, fast service and honest prices and practices, they are the best anywhere! I don't say this without very critical evaluation, this has been the best auto shop experience in my life with over 40 years as a car owner! I am moving back to the west coast next month and will miss AAT dearly! Thank you SO MUCH for the great service these past 3 years AAT, you represent Virginia very well!!!

Excellent customer service! Requested an appointment and was able to get the appointment. I came late and they took care of me right away. Staff were friendly and really made me comfortable. Highly recommend this place and will be back there for our other cars.
