I went there today for state inspection for a vehicle I purchased from my dad out of state. I was told a tail light was out, ok no problem because I had a package of the little light bulbs in the glove box. I figured they could just put it in. No biggie right? Nope. I was told that wasn't an option because it was a customers part. Now, I can understand if say I brought them a piece of engine (starter, alternator, what-have-you) and how that would be an issue. But a light bulb? That I had in the package in the glove box? They then charged me just over $30 for a light bulb (stock, nothing fancy or special order part). That I already had. He said it was that or they would fail it, I could put the bulb in myself and bring it back for re-inspection. I'm sorry but that's just...like what? This place had great reviews and its really close by, I would have liked to use this place multiple times but I cant after this.
