Have taken all our vehicles to Ben, Sisc, and Advanced Auto Tech for years. They have the latest technology, are very thorough in their diagnosis, and always go over everything relating to your vehicle. Great customer service as well. Highly recommend them.

Amazing! Best auto service I have experienced in a long time. Great front office support, these guys/gals get it. Treat your customer right from the start and it will go a long way. Quick accurate and honest quotes sent via email with photos of the parts that needed work. Pricing is competitive even cheaper on some parts and labor. I compared with four other like shops with similar ratings in the area. Follow up was on point, I received a text and phone call when the shop had a question. Also when the work was complete. Several transportion options which is a hugh selling point for me. They offer shuttle service within the local area. In addition they offer courtesy cars for customers leaving theirs cars overnight or multi-day work. Overall great experience and I would recommend you check them out!

Great team, great service

The customer service was A+ as usual. The team did an assessment on the issues we asked and then gave us an estimate of work needed to be done now and if not all now, then what could potentially wait and how long. The pricing was fair and good based on other shops and dealers in the surrounding area. They also did exceptional quality work and in the timeframe that they promised. Which is also very much appreciated as in the DMV area most of need a vehicle. This was one of my kids vehicles and I appreciate their belief in making sure my kids vehicles are safe for them and others on the road.
