Great team, great service

The customer service was A+ as usual. The team did an assessment on the issues we asked and then gave us an estimate of work needed to be done now and if not all now, then what could potentially wait and how long. The pricing was fair and good based on other shops and dealers in the surrounding area. They also did exceptional quality work and in the timeframe that they promised. Which is also very much appreciated as in the DMV area most of need a vehicle. This was one of my kids vehicles and I appreciate their belief in making sure my kids vehicles are safe for them and others on the road.

Great experience at Advance Auto. Took my vehicle in the morning to get the state inspection and it was done before an hour. Employees very knowledgeable and helpful. They recommended to get new tires in about 5,000 miles - I liked their recommendation.

(9/28/2019) Another update: I've been taking my family's cars to Advanced Auto Tech for about 2 years now. I'm still impressed. Their customer service is consistently great. I feel that I can always count on the Advanced team for an honest evaluation of my vehicles, and work is done right. I feel fortunate that a friend of mine recommended Advanced to me those years ago, because finding a quality shop that you can count on is no small feat. Happy to have found this crew. To update my original review: I went back to Advanced Auto Tech today (10/25/2017) for a safety inspection on one of my family's "main" cars. The shop texted me an inspection report, which included photos of issues with my vehicle! I was amazed that a shop would take the time to do this, just absolutely going above and beyond for the customer. Ben (manager) took time to call and talk with me about some observed items which will need service soon, but are not recommended to be serviced at this time. I really appreciated that honesty. The communication and service is top-top-top notch. Previous review: I will be completely transparent in that this was my first experience at Advanced Auto Tech, but it was a great one so I thought I’d share. Brought my old (ok, junker) car in due to a recurrent raw fuel odor coming from the engine bay, and coming through the vents into the passenger area as well. Turns out a previous shop I had gone to used generic fuel line to replace the supply/return fuel lines in the engine area, and they were leaking. My vehicle apparently needs manufacturer, molded fuel lines for proper seal/function (German car). Advanced Auto Tech installed them, and voila, fuel odor is gone, and I no longer need to worry about a fire breaking out under my hood. Will definitely be going back to this shop in the future.

Never thought I'd want to praise an auto shop, but these guys were very professional and clearly focused on customer service.

We were traveling from West Seneca, N.Y. and had engine failure on the I70 about 108 miles from Advanced Auto Tech. Our son lives in Lorton, Va. where we were headed and has been totally happy with the work he has had there on his vehicles. So we arranged a tow in late on a Friday pretty close to closing time and were greeted with very professional employees and total compassion for our dilemma. They promised quick attention to our vehicle and the next morning, Saturday, they had it diagnosed and parts ordered. Let me say this would be a rarity in Buffalo. Monday they ran into phone outages and internet problems but still forged ahead and were able to have our car repaired by late afternoon. I can't say enough for their excellent service and if there were ten stars they would have earned them. Our test drive was 500 miles back to Buffalo. That says it all.
