Since moving to the area they have listened to all of my concerns and fixed some damage on my Jeep caused by a different shop. They also handle general maintenance for me. I appreciate their patience and ability to save me a ton of money. Will be back!

I've used AAT for years. They are very professional and knowledgable. Recently i noticed that AAT will email you vehicle inspection results along with pics to show any issues they find. I find this very useful for those times when you don't trust or believe what you are being told. The pictures really help me decide on whether or not to authorize work. I will continue to use AAT and recommend them to my friends.

Service for safety inspection and fixing tail light was completed in less time than promised - as usual for Advanced Auto Tech. I didn't even have time to finish my complementary pretzels.

Good quality service for requested services. Took more than 1:20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation though, and failed to detect a coolant leak or mention bone-dry coolant reservoir. Kind staff, attentive manager and good workmanship on performed services, but several attempts to upsell.

UPDATE: Came back for my next annual inspection. I walked in and was addressed by name. The gentleman at the counter had already pulled up my information from the previous year and asked if I had any concerns in addition to the inspection, including brake pads that were getting low the previous year. Again, very quick, very professional , and with a personal touch that just made me feel good to do business with Advanced Auto Tech! GREAT SERVICE!!! Every person with whom I came into contact was friendly, helpful, professional and just... awesome customer service! And they got my state safety inspection and emission test done very quickly. Thank you!!!
