Advanced is a family run business that takes extra care of their customers. They give detailed explanations of what the issue is, and include pictures to show when possible. I have taken my cars here for years and have taken usee cars I thought about purchasing as well for them to give a once over. Very friendly and trust what they tell me.

Took my truck in right away for a vehicle safety inspection. Fast professional service. The customer waiting room is nice with drinks and tv available. I will be returning for future inspections when due. Thank you!

These folks are great, great service, flexibility, communications, advice on what needs to be done, what can wait, and what doesn't need doing. (Example: Went in for oil change-they checked their records and advised me no need for oil this time.)

They were honest about what needed to be repaired on my truck. If it hadn't have been for the holiday and a delay from a supplier for the parts needed, I'd have had my truck back virtually the next day. John was awesome in providing updates and working with my warranty provider. I will consider them for any future auto maintenance/repairs.

I was confused about the various Virginia Inspections, (safety & emissions). Also on the day of my appointment it was raining. and I noticed that my windshield wiper was not doing a perfect job. The people at Advanced Auto Tech (AAT) carefully explained the inspection system. They completed my inspections and I left in about one hour. On the way home I noticed that my windshield wipers were working perfectly. I felt that all the work done at AAT was done at a very reasonable price!
