Like usual ~ excellent customer service (personal & technical), and at a fair and competitive price that definitely out bids the dealers. My vehicle wouldn't start (battery issue), called Ben and he offered to send technician right over to assist to get it started so I can bring the vehicle into the shop so I don't have to call a tow truck....now that is service. Tested charging system and battery in which the culprit was my 5 year old battery with 93k miles of service needed to be replaces. All of this happened when I was at work and rectified with minimum disruption to my day.
