Great, honest service.

I went in for an inspection and emissions test and loved the place. First of all, Melissa responded to my online appointment inquiry within minutes. Secondly, everyone was very courtious. Third, Ben - the Service Manager - is an automotive expert. He knows his stuff and it's obvious that his crew knows exactly what they're doing. The shop is clean, well-equipped, and you can watch them do everything on the vehicle if you want, or sit in the lounge and watch TV or read. When they had completed the inspection, they suggested a few things I could do as preventative maintenance, but put no pressure on me to have any of the work done. As a member of the military, I appreciate this. It's hard to find good mechanics when you move around as much as we do!

I found your business by accident, but I was extremely happy with the friendly staff. They treated me like a valued customer even though I only had a small VA Safety Inspection completed for my vehicle. I definitely will be coming back for future vehicle work. --Clint B.

All, I had a great experience at Advanced Auto Tech! I took my HONDA CR-V to have a tire patched and arrived 30 minutes before opening. The service crew that was already on duty came out to the car and offered to take a look earlier than opening, which was unexpected and unusual. The repairs took less than 15 minutes and were solid. The facility is clean and provides customers with a great experience in which I feel like a valued customer, not simply as another way for the owner to make $$$. The facility has an open window to the clean work floor so that one can see the work being done (in case one is worried about shoddy work or the crew not taking care of your car). The waiting room and bathroom is clean, spacious, and welcoming. Unlike most places, the TV is relatively new and the cable set up is comprehensive. The magazines are relatively recent (unlike some places that have 3+ years old rags). The room is also kid friendly, which is unusual. For example, a wooded play table with 2 chairs is present and the site has crayons and other kid friendly toys. Highly recommend.
