From start to finish I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Auto Tech. The service manager, Ben, is an absolute delight to work with. Staff are both incredibly knowledgable and friendly. From routine maintenance to an emergency situation I would trust this shop over others I have tried in the area. I was happy to do business with this top-shelf auto shop. I brought in my own, seperately purchased, oversized all-terrain tires to have mounted and balance. An alignment was in order aswell. The manager himself was very thorough in letting me know the impact larger tires would have on the speedometer, possible rubbing issues and altered shift points in my trans. I was fully aware of this and had done my research, yet I respected the fact that he would inform the customer of any complications, potentially leading to no sale. The waiting room was small yet very clean, and included mini fridge with free soda and water. 👍 Overall, the service was completed in a timely manner, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. And no wheel damage (I've had bad experiences in the past with poorly managed shops). Oh, and most importantly, the PRICE was even-to, if not cheaper than your local franchise shops with underachieving staff. Thanks guys.

Found them on Google although I have driven right by hundreds of times. Sent in schedule request for alignment night before, called next am. Great folks, spotless facility, last minute request for rear shocks graciously accepted. Good price and speedy. Will return for timing belt replacement.
