Very friendly and answered all my questions about my car.

My vehicle needed a 100,000 required maintenance and I called several car repair shops to get the best price and service. After receiving "estimates" and reading reviews, I chose Advanced Auto Tech. I was not disappointed. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. LOVED the text and emails received during inspection and repair process. Kept in the loop the entire time. Estimate was spot on. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop

They were very efficient on-time service and the cost of the repair was well within reason better than going to the dealership.

As always the work was done as expected. I was surprised that I did not get an update on the progress with out me calling first but that could have been because it was a Saturday.
