Advanced Auto Tech fixed my Ford Ranger when I had a bad camshaft synchronizer that was driving me nuts with constant chirping that could drive any person nearly insane. I went to three repair places and they did not know how to diagnose it or fix it and kept trying to have me pay for pulley and belt replacements. AAT knew what to do and repaired my truck in no time at all. Recently, I took my Volvo S60 in for a transmission flush. Unfortunately, a tiny O-ring gasket had a tiny crack in it after the service and I kept losing transmission fluid. AAT could have said, "Well it is not our fault your car is 8 years old." Instead, they took ownership of the issue and put my car as top priority, found a difficult part, and as a courtesy even drove it to my house. To top that all off, they even noticed I had a loose front-end body panel and secured it. Advanced Auto Tech is not a typical repair franchise with a bunch yahoos working in semi-darkness in a greasy shop and haphazardly replacing parts or trying to get you to buy more service than you need.. The technicians and manager are skilled and personable. If you need more than tire replacement, I recommend that you go to AAT. ☺

Ben and his crew have always taken great care of me and my vehicles. I've never had issues with getting repairs or services done in a satisfactory or timely fashion. They can be a little pricey at times, but I will continue going back regardless knowing that my vehicle is in good hands.
